"Great experiences over the years"
Very shocked to see Fans Edge has reviews like this so it needs my positive experiences:-) This is my go to spot for the sports fans in my family during bdays and holidays. I've experienced fast shipping and great deals!! My fam likes the quality of their gifts and wears them all the time.
Thankfully, every experience over the years have been great. My FIL held on to a hoodie he couldn't fit for a few months until he visit our state to give to me to return. I returned it to FE based on their 365 return policy and it actually worked. I was shocked and appreciative since it was a nice amount of money to return after what seemed like such a long time.

"Returns"
Trying to return a hat and the only way to send it back it through them. Cost $9.99 to send back. I can do it cheaper on my USPS account. I called a customer service # and it said they cannot take my call due to unforeseen circumstances. The chat format on their website also isn't working. Total disgrace.

I did receive an Email from Fans Edge. They did agree to waive the return fee.
